A Sith Lord in America?

An Extended Presidency.

It is Star Wars revisited. Why do I feel as though we have a Sith Lord in the White House? The idea of an extended presidency? Is this even a serious thought? Although Granderson makes some good points, are we headed for a quasi-monarchy? I am willing to bet that the idea of an extended presidency in this term will receive much attention.

As we slowly move away from the vision of our founding fathers had when saying life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and toward the embracement of a carnal nature under the pretence of the pursuit of happiness America will inevitably join the ranks of Sodom, Gomorrah, and Rome; a fallen society. What caused the fall was these societies looked to an entity outside of God for direction and purpose. The people wanted affirmation of a choice lifestyle, which brought about happiness for a while.

Government can serve the same purpose of pagan idols because it is an entity in and of itself. Here is a thought, is there a difference in the legalization of immorality and the practice of immorality? Well those who, know the righteous judgment of God who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them (Romans 1:32). I do notice the calls to arms from the hristian community. However, is this cry having an effect?

Unfortunately, the louder the cries of Christians become, the deafer the masses are. There is something at work in America, and it is having its way at the moment. I am at the point of supporting the election of the most debaucherous candidates, that way Christ will come that much sooner for his church. As it is, I have the decision of an easily deceived candidate placing his faith in the most ridiculous religion ever, and the deceiver. The course of this nation is defined by the picture below, can anyone guess the two books?
